How long after ordering is my order shipped?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Please note that personalized items may require an additional 1–3 business days for production.

Which carrier do you use?

We ship most items with UPS.
In some cases, depending on your location or the product type, we may use alternative carriers to ensure the fastest delivery.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped from our U.S. facilities.
Estimated delivery times:

United States

5–7 business days

Canada & Select EU Countries

5–12 business days

Delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.

I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

Please contact us at support@vibneo.com with your order number from the confirmation email.
We will help track your package and make sure it gets delivered.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
Depending on when your order was placed, a cancellation or change may be possible if production has not started.

Please reach out to our support team at support@vibneo.com as soon as possible to check availability for cancellation or modifications.

DAMAGED, WRONG, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Please contact our support team immediately and include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.
Please do not return items without authorization from our support team.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return my purchase?

We hope you love your Vibneo product, but if you have concerns or are considering a return, please contact our support team for assistance.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Please note:

Personalized items may be subject to a partial refund deduction, as they cannot be resold.

Shipping fees and package protection are non-refundable.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

My item looks different from the product listing. Why?

This is rare, but there are two possible reasons:

Some listings use digital renderings to show how the final product will look.

Your item may have a manufacturing defect.

If you believe something is wrong, please send photos of the product along with your order number to support@vibneo.com, and our team will review it for you.
