How long after ordering is my order shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Personalized or made-to-order items may require an additional 1–3 business days for production.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Which carrier do you use?
We primarily ship with USPS and UPS.
Depending on your location and the product type, alternative carriers may be used to ensure the fastest delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most jewelry items are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days

Canada: 5–9 business days
Delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons due to carrier workload.
I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@vibneo.com with your order number.
We will help track your package and make sure it gets delivered or arrange a replacement if needed.
CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If production has not started yet, a cancellation or change may be possible.
Please reach out to support@vibneo.com as soon as possible to check availability for changes or cancellations.
Once an order has entered production, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Please contact our support team immediately and include:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review the issue and arrange a free replacement promptly.
Please do not return any items without authorization from our support team.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my purchase?
Most of our items are made-to-order, and many are personalized.
For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind or customer error.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our team and we will assist you right away.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
My item looks slightly different from the product listing. Why?
This is rare, but it may occur for two reasons:

Handmade or personalized items may have minor variations in color or appearance, which is normal.
