All orders placed before 11:59 PM (local warehouse time) are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Personalized or custom-designed items may require an additional 1–3 business days before shipping.

If a delay is expected, we will notify you when possible. Vibneo is not responsible for any loss or additional costs caused by carrier delays, as permitted by law.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to:
Arrange shipment to an alternative address, or
Cancel your order and issue a full refund
The risk of the product passes to you once the package is delivered to the provided shipping address.
If you are unavailable during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions to reschedule or pick up your order.
Tracking Your Order
After shipping, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
