At Vibneo, every product is made-to-order with great care, and we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we do not accept physical returns, we fully stand behind the quality of our products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

Please email us within 10 days of delivery at support@vibneo.com, and include:

  • Order number

  • Photo or video of the issue

  • Full shipping address

Our support team will process a replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost Package

If your package is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement after confirming with the carrier.

Change of Mind / No Longer Wanted

Because our products are made-to-order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect personalization entered by the customer

Please check your order details carefully before submitting.

Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept physical returns sent to any address.
Any unauthorized packages will be rejected.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided (e.g., discontinued product).
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
